HRM – Lab conducts a variety of survey research for all types of organisations.  Examples are Engagement research to determine which aspects are important for the productivity of your employees, and (absenteeism) culture research to reveal the impact of your organisational culture on the behaviour of your employees (or the fit between two cultures).

Characteristic aspects of the way HRM – Lab conducts surveys are:

  • approachability and flexibility; you can let us take care of the whole survey, but you can also choose the “Do It Yourself” option
  • we have developed reliable standard surveys with solid bench-mark data, but we can also combine this with organisation specific questions
  • the surveys always have solid scientific foundations, while the client’s need and practical relevance is always the driving principle at the same time
