HRM – Lab analyses your HRM– and Organisational data so that patterns and trends become apparent which generally are not visible to the naked eye. Advanced statistical methods are applied to translate “softer” information into “hard” data to supply you with the information you need to be a serious Business Partner.

Examples of analyses/projects we could conduct for you are:

  • connecting what employees say with what they do, by linking survey results to HRM/Organisational data

  • identifying patterns in the behaviour of employees and/or determining effects of, e.g., management decisions, interventions or organisational changes

  • analysing the effectiveness of HRM policies, such as: has a training program had the desired effect on the behaviour/performance of the employees?
